If you are a customer search venue ,reserve or book meeting. Otherwise if you are a service provider add your venue and publish to make available for the customers
Click on login and then forget password. It will open reset password request form. Enter you email and submit, then you will get email with link for resetting password. Click on it and enter new password and save
Check email address is correct or not, check on spam folder in the mail box. If not found contact customer support
You can find details about the venue in your booking confirmation email or on the venue detail page. You can also contact service provider directly for more detail.
After booking you will receive a email in your personal mail box and Wedgizer controll panel inbox along with the booking detail and venue information link . if not received please check your junk mail or spam folder. If you still haven't received it contact customer support

Click on the link in the booking confirmation mail. It will open venue detail page there click on cancel booking button after sign in

Log in to the sytem, from the left menu click on profile item, click on edit profile button and then change your personal informations, picture, location and time zone

Reserve a Venue for reserving the venue for your event, need to make advance payment and will hold the venue for you. Book a Meeting is to fix an appoinment with the service provider to view the venue before reserving. No need to make any payment but the venue will not be holded
Yes you can either cancel or reschedule the meeting by meeting management. After log in you can see meeting management in the left menu or drop down in the header user icon.
Login to the system and click on reservation managment in the left menu or in the header dropdown. Will list all the resrevation with venue name, package name , reservaton status , event and meeting date. By clicking on the venue name you can view reserved venue detail and there will be cancallation button to make cancellation if the resrvation in active mode.
Because in the dropdown will list only the latest notifications and will disappear after open it. But You can see all notifications in the controll panel Inbox
