Property Policy
1- The party owner shall not be liable in the event of a decrease in the number of attendees indicated, nor shall he be obligated...
1- The party owner shall not be liable in the event of a decrease in the number of attendees indicated, nor shall he be obligated to provide food and refreshments for more than 10% in the event of hosting a number exceeding the number stated in the contract, nor shall the hotel be obligated to provide additional seats in the lounge or dinner hall, but it is possible to provide seats only by 10% only.
2- The party owner undertakes to pay an amount of 25% of the total cost of the party upon booking the hall and setting the date of the party on the above-mentioned date, while the remaining amount is paid as follows:

3- The hotel will not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may occur before the event, such as the booking of the above-mentioned hall by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or the issuance of a new law, and in the event of such a matter, the hotel will endeavor to assist the party owner in order to secure the same venue in a mutually convenient time for both parties.
4- The party is responsible for anything that may be lost from the hall during the event or any damage to the hotel's property by the invitees, and will be liable to pay the cost of purchasing the lost items or maintenance expenses to be determined by the hotel's maintenance department.
5- If the party owner wishes to bring labor from outside the hotel for the purpose of assistance or decoration work, this must be done with the approval of the hotel management and in coordination with the party manager and under the supervision of the maintenance department to avoid any damage to the hotel property, and the party owner will be fined for any damaged pieces of the hotel pieces used during the party.
6- The party owner must observe the laws and customs issued by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any official body regarding the holding of parties and events. Find
